Grouptraining

Grouptraining is our name for all classes practised in a group. The length of each session is 55 minutes, if nothing else is indicated.

JYMPA

The Jympa is our classic. Versatile, functional, easy to follow - and a great allroud training style. In just an hour you get to exercise everything: strength, cardio and mobility. Accompanied by music that gets you going.

Jympa bas Gentle jympa that builds your strength, cardio and flexibility. The class is free from jumps. Perfect for both beginners and the more regular exercisers.  

Jympa medel Suits those who want more challenging strength and cardio exercises. Contains both easy and heavier exercises, a higher pace and some jumping.

Jympa puls A more choreographed jympa with speed, action and energy. Fun and challenging, focusing on cardio exercises and catchy music.

Jympa soft  Gentle but efficient and fun jympa. Everyone works out on their own preferred level of intensity.  

Jympa familj (family) Playful jympa for children 3-5 years of age, along with their parents.

SPINNING

Spin Cardio exercise at your own preferred level of intensity. The class instructor guides you and gives you an energy boost.

Spin puls Same as Spin above, but here you get instant (anonymous) feedback on your heart rate on a screen in the room. Use a pulse meter and intensity meter to find your personal fitness level.

Spin intervall Spinning in intervals mixes a tough workout with time for recovery between the intense periods. This improves your cardio and gives you a great workout.

Spin intervall puls Same as Spin intervall in combination with Spin puls.

Spin soft A softer Spin class. Great as a recovery after a more intense workout period, and a good start for beginners.

SkivstångSpin We start with barbells and finish with spinning. A super workout!

INDOOR WALKING (IW)

Indoor walking is simple cardio training that everyone can enjoy. Just get on the walker, grab the handles and start walking! This engages the whole body and you get a good sweat going. Load, position and pace varies through during the workout, but the main feel is like a floating jog in a slight uphill.

DANCE/CHOREOGRAPHY

Aerobics A classic aerobics session with step combinations and coordination exercises. Lots of choreography and dance inspired moves. Also available as dance style. No strength exercises.

Dans fuego A class similar to Zumba inspired by latin rhythms such as salsa, mamo, flamenco and samba.

Dans fusion A class that is all about different moves and various dance steps. Lots of pulse, attitude and feeling.

t Get inspired by different music styles. No advanced choreography, just have fun and enjoy! No jumps.

Step Similar to an aerobics class, but with step combinations and choreographed movements on a stepping board.

SkivstångStep
Begins with an intense workout with barbells, followed by a fun step training. Efficient combination of both cardio and strength.

INSTRUCTIVE CLASSES

Box A tough workout with lots of boxing and the feeling of martial arts. Simple but full of fighting, attitude and team spirit. Awesome workout and feeling.

Cirkelfys* An instructive, functional class that is all about movement and cardio. Sporty and efficient training with mixed exercise stations.

Core Challenge your strength, stability, flexibility and balance. No equipment or tools, just your own body. Great for those who want to improve strength in belly, back, core and work with stability.

Core soft Great workout for those who want to develop strength, flexibility, stability an balance. Intended for those who wants a soft exercise.

Flex A focused session for the whole body. Challenge your functional flexibility and stretch your muscles in exercises that engage your whole body. Great for those who want to improve their mobility.

Flex soft A workout that is functional yet soft that engage your whole body.

HIT* High intensity class, with parts taken from classic cardio training and tough interval exercises. Challenging to all physical qualities, focusing on endurance in strength and cardio, elasticity, explosiveness and speed.

Cirkelfys för löpare*
An instructuve, functional class for you who loves running. Sporty and efficient training with mixed exercise stations.

Power Hour An all-round workout with simple excercises where we are using a medicine ball. You work at your own pace and decide how tough it gets. However, we guarantee that you get a real workout and high pulse.

Skivstång
The exercises are simple and efficient, using a barbell together with catchy music. Choose the load that fits you, by changing the weights on the barbells yourself.

SkivstångFlex A Skivstång class with 25 min of added flexibility training.

SkivstångIntervall A Skivstång class with 15 min of cardio interval training. The cardio exercises are simple but tough. This class suits those who are pretty fit and wish to combine Skivstång (barbells) withcardio exercises.

Yoga
Calm, meditative yoga with classic, safe exercises for breathing, flexibility, strength and balance. Experience a greater consciousness and calm. Also great for beginners in yoga.

Yoga energy
A physically more challenging class that builds on Yoga. The different yoga positions are deeper and more intense. Suits those who have tried yoga before.

Yoga soft A calm, gentle yoga that fills you with energy. Soft flowing movements, breathing and gentle positions.

CIRCLE GYM

Cirkelgym* An individual strength class in the gym together with other participants. Work in stations with different machines and other training equipment, guided by an instructor.

Cirkelgym soft* As Cirkelgym, but with exercises and music more adapted to seniors. We show you all the exercises before we begin, and the instructors help you along the way.

OUTDOORS

Cross*  Outdoor workout with jogging in different terrains mixed with strength exercises. 

Happenings

During the year we will invite you to a bunch of fun happening classes, that are outside our regular class schedule. Booking is done as usual at our website or via the app, or at the reception desk. Time and day will be announced at our webpage and on Facebook.
